早期目标指导治疗在感染性休克患者中的应用研究被引量：3

摘要目的探讨早期目标指导治疗(EGDT)在感染性休克患者中的应用及对其预后的影响。方法将205例感染性休克患者随机分为EGDT组及对照组,分别予以EGDT治疗及按传统方法进行循环与容量支持治疗,比较两组患者的脏器功能受损情况、病死率及再次复苏率。结果 EGDT组的重要脏器功能受损程度明显低于对照组(P<0.05或<0.01)。结论早期目标指导治疗可明显减轻感染性休克患者脏器功能受损情况和降低病死率,从而改善患者的预后。
