肌骨超声成像与普通超声对跟腱损伤的诊断效能比较

Detection of Achilles Tendon Injury in Athletes with Musculoskeletal Ultrasound and Conventional Ultrasound

目的比较肌骨超声成像与普通超声对运动员跟腱损伤的诊断效能。方法纳入跟腱损伤运动员500例为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=250)与观察组(n=250),对照组采用普通超声成像检查患者跟腱,观察组采用肌骨超声成像检查患者跟腱,对比两种方法对跟腱损伤的检出率。结果观察组跟腱损伤检出准确率(92.4%)显著高于对照组(72.8%),对比有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组钙化灶1级与2级的检出率均高于对照组,总异常检出率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组在血流信号评级方面无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论肌骨超声成像在运动员跟腱损伤中检出准确率高,且在钙化灶评级中具有良好的异常检出率,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective Study on the value of ultrasonic imaging of musculoskeletal ultrasound and conventional ultrasound in detecting Achilles tendon injury in athletes.Methods A total of 500 athletes with Achilles tendon injuries were included in the study.According to the serial number of patients admitted,the patients were divided into two groups by odd and even numbers method,the control group and the observation group(n=250).The control group was treated with conventional ultrasound imaging,the study group was treated with musculoskeletal ultrasound imaging on the basis of control,and the Achilles tendon was detected by the two methods.The detection rate of Achilles tendon injury was compared between the two methods.Results The study accuracy of detecting Achilles tendon injury(92.4%)was significantly higher than that of control group(72.8%),there was statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The number of abnormal texture detected the study group in grade 1 and 2 of calcification was higher than that control group,and the total abnormal detection rate was higher than that control group(P<0.05);the blood flow signals of two groups were higher than that of control group,there was no significant difference in rating(P<0.05).Conclusion The detection rate of musculoskeletal ultrasound combined with common ultrasound in athletes with Achilles tendon injury has a high detection accuracy and has a good abnormal detection rate in calcification lesion grading,which is worthy of clinical application.
