心血管危险因素智能评估系统降低高血压患者并发症发生率的效果研究 被引量:3

Effect of Intelligent Assessment System for Cardiovascular Risk Factors on Reducing Incidence of Complications in Hypertensive Patients

摘要 目的探讨心血管危险因素智能评估系统降低高血压患者并发症发生率的效果。方法选取2015年1月-2017年1月在我院治疗的高血压患者300例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(n=158)和对照组(n=142),观察组给予心血管危险因素智能系统评估和针对性干预措施,对照组给予常规干预措施,观察两组干预后降压效果、服药依从性、WHOQOL-BREF量表和杜氏量表评分以及并发症发生情况。结果观察组干预后3、6和12个月降压疗效均明显好于对照组(P<0. 05);观察组干预后3、6和12个月服药依从性率分别为45. 86%、66. 92%和75. 94%,明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预后12个月WHOQOL-BREF量表评分为(190.04±18.20)分,明显高于对照组(P<0.05);杜氏量表评分为(30.03±8.10)分,明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组心血管事件发生率和肝肾损害发生率分别为3.01%和9.77%,明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用心血管危险因素智能评估系统,可提高患者降压效果及服药依从性,改善患者生活质量,降低并发症发生情况。 Objective To investigate the role of an intelligent system for assessment of cardiovascular risk factors in reducing the incidence of complications in patients with hypertension.Methods Three hundred patients with hypertension treated in our hospital between January 2015 and January 2017 were randomly divided into the observation group(n=158)and the control group(n=152).The observation group was assessed with an intelligent system for cardiovascular risk factors and subjected to targeted interventions,while the control group was given routine interventions.The antihypertensive effect,drug compliance,WHOQOL-BREF scale,Duchenne scale and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The antihypertensive effect in the observation group at 3 months,6 months and 12 months after interventions was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The drug compliance rates of the observation group at 3 months,6 months and 12 months after interventions were 45.86%,66.92%and 75.94%respectively,which were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Twelve months after interventions,the WHOQOL-BREF scale score in the observation group was(190.04±18.20),which was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The Duchenne scale score was(30.03±8.10),which was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of cardiovascular events and liver and kidney damage in the observation group was 3.01%and 9.77%respectively,significantly lower than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of an intelligent assessment system for cardiovascular risk factors can enhance the antihypertensive effect and drug compliance,improve the quality of life and reduce the incidence of complications.
