摘要
目的通过测定血清S-100B蛋白浓度,研究其在颅脑损伤诊断分型中的意义。方法 80例颅脑损伤患者,根据格拉斯哥昏迷评分(GCS评分)分为轻型、中型、重型三组,伤后早期(【6 h)用酶联免疫吸附法测定血清S-100B蛋白浓度,并动态检测 3-7天。结果各组血清S-100B蛋白平均浓度,轻型组:0.35±0.23 μg/L;中型组:0.77±0.39 μg/L;重型组: 1.12±0.48 μg/L。三组比较得出P【0.005,S-100B蛋白含量与GCS评分成负相关。结论血清S-100B蛋白浓度是判断颅脑损伤程度较为理想的生物学指标。
Objective To investigate the clinical values of serum S-100B protein in the degree type of head injury by detecting its concentration. Methods The 80 patients with head injury were divided into three groups according to the Glasgow Coma Sore(GCS): minor, mild and severe.A solid phase enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to measure the concentration of S-100B in the earlier injury(<6 h)and dynamin obervation. To detect continually 3-7 d. Results The mean concentration of serum S-100B protein as follows: minor group is 0.35 ±0.23μg/L,mild group is 0.77±0.39μg/L,severe group is 1.12±0.48μg/L( P < 0.005). It shows a negative correlation between serum S-100 B concentration and GCS. Conclusion The serum S- 100B concentration can be a biological marker in the degree type of head injury.
