血尿红细胞激光和荧光参数测定差异及意义

摘要 目的探讨肾性和非肾性血尿红细胞激光和荧光参数的差异及意义。方法用UF-100全自动尿液有形成分分析仪测定经肾活检确诊的肾性血尿70份和非肾性血尿86份,分别记录两组红细胞激光和荧光参数。结果肾性血尿组70%未溶血红细胞前向散射光强度(P70-Fsc)为62.0±10.5(ch)、总红细胞群体中非溶血红细胞的百分数(Non-LysedRBC%)为65.7± 26.8(%)、红细胞平均前向散射光强度(RBC-MFse)为56.1±10.9(ch);非肾性血尿组P70-Fsc为111.3±16.1(ch)、 Non-LysedRBC%为82.6±18.6(%)、RBC-MFsc 72.8±26.0三参数差异有极显著意义(P【0.01),而其他各参数差异不明显。结论可以利用红细胞激光和荧光上述参数差异鉴别肾性和非肾性血尿。 Objective To discuss the difference of laser and fluorescence parameters between the glomerular haematuria group and non glomerular haematuria goup. Method The laser and fluorescence parameters are tested by UF-100 in glomesular hamaturia and non glomesular hamaturia,compared them with the method of student T-test . Results Baced on detection of parameter P70-Fsc(ch) , Non-Lysed RBC% ,RBC-MFsc(ch) The glomerular haemataria group are respectively, 62.0±10.5, 65.7±26.8,56. 1±10.9, and non the glomerular haematuria group 111.3±16. 1 , 82.6. 5±18.6,72. 8±26.0 , there fore, there are defferance very siganificantly in P70-Fsc and Non-Lysed RBC% and RBC-MFsc (T-test,P <0. 01),Conlusion It is likely that the laser and fluorescence parameter defferance. Aigonificantly between the glomerular and nonglomerular haematuria in the different diagnonis will be of greater value.
