尿NAG测定使用MNP-NAG为底物的全液体试剂评估 被引量:1

摘要 目的评价一种以2-甲氧基-4-(2′-硝基乙烯基)酚-N-乙酰-β-D-氨基葡萄糖苷(MNP-NAG)为基质的全液体试剂测定尿N-乙酰-β-D-氨基葡萄糖苷酶活性。方法在pH4、6条件下以连续监测法测定尿液NAG并作方法学评价。结果该试剂线性范围198U/L,平均回收率为101.8%,批内变异系数和批间变异系数分别为2.2%和3.8%。CNP-NAG和MNP-NAG基质法有良好的相关性,166例健康体检者尿样NAG活性参考范围为1.59~10.83U/gCr(x±2s)。结论液体MNP-NAG基质液测定尿NAG灵敏度高、操作简便、结果可靠,适合临床应用。
