非小细胞肺癌患者血清血管生成素-2定量检测及其临床意义

Clinical significance of serum angiopoietin-2 levels in non-small cell lung cancer

目的探讨非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者血清血管生成素-2(Ang-2)水平及其临床意义。方法采用ELISA定量检测98例NSCLC患者和30例健康体检者血清Ang-2水平,了解其与不同分期、有无转移及术后1年是否复发的关系。结果血清Ang-2水平NSCLC患者组显著高于健康体检组(2136.2±1012.2pg/ml vs 1189.6±506.8pg/ml,P【0.01)。III期患者血清Ang-2水平显著高于I、II期患者(P【0.01),但显著低于IV期患者(P【0.01)。有转移患者和术后1年内复发患者血清Ang-2水平分别高于无转移患者和无复发患者。结论NSCLC患者血清Ang-2水平与肿瘤分型、转移和术后复发显著相关,可以作为肿瘤转移和术后复发的预测指标。

Objective To investigate serum angiopoietin-2 (Ang-2) levels in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and its clinical significance. Methods Levels in patients with NSCLC (n=98) and healthy controls (n=40) were studied. The serum Ang-2 levels were measured using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays (ELISA). Results Patients with NSCLC had higher Ang-2 levels than the control group (2 136.2±1 012.2 vs 1 189.6±506.8 pg/mL, P<0.01). Serum Ang-2 levels in stage III patients were significantly higher than that in stage I and II patients (P<0.01), but significantly lower than that in stage IV patients (P<0.01). Serum Ang-2 levels were higher in patients with distant metastasis or postoperative recurrence than those without distant metastasis or postoperative recurrence. Conclusion Serum Ang-2 level in patients with NSCLC is a useful marker for metastasis and postoperative recurrence.
