血清脱氢表雄酮水平与男性冠心病冠状动脉病变程度相关性分析

摘要 目的观察血清脱氢表雄酮(DHEA)水平与男性冠心病冠状动脉病变程度的关系。方法确诊冠心病患者,根据狭窄程度评分,分别测定血清DHEA、空腹血糖、TG、TC、HDL、LDL、尿酸等。结果冠心病患者组DHEA水平显著低于无冠心病组,P【0.001。多元logistic回归分析显示,DHEA为冠心病独立危险因素,DHEA水平与冠心病冠状动脉狭窄程度呈负相关。控制其他冠心病危险因素后,血清脱氢表雄酮仍然与冠心病冠状动脉病变程度呈负相关。结论血清DHEA水平的降低可能是导致男性冠心病发病率增高的重要因素。
