摘要
目的了解临床分离的肺炎克雷伯菌(Klebsiella pnenmoniae,Kpn)氨基糖苷类耐药基因携带状况。方法对临床分离的84株Kpn16S rRNA甲基化酶基因,armA、rmtA、rmtB、rmtC、rmtD、npmA;氨基糖苷类修饰酶基因,aac(3)-Ⅰ、aac(3)-Ⅱ、aac(6’)-Ⅰb、aac(6’)-Ⅱ、ant(3")-Ⅰ、ant(2")-Ⅰ用PCR法检测。结果84株菌中检出16S rRNA甲基化酶基因rmtB阳性4株(4.8%);氨基糖苷类修饰酶基因aac(3)-Ⅱ、aac(6’)-Ⅰb、ant(3")-Ⅰ阳性分别为8株(9.5%)、10株(11.9%)、8株(9.5%)。结论从84株Kpn菌中发现16S rRNA甲基化酶基因rmtB及氨基糖苷类修饰酶基因aac(3)-Ⅱ、aac(6’)-Ⅰb、ant(3")-Ⅰ,临床应对此类菌株引起重视。
Objective To understand the rate of aminoglycosides resistance genes in Klebsiella pnenmoniae(Kpn)isolated in clinic.Methods We detected the resistance genes for the 84 strains of Kpn by PCR method including:16S rRNA methylase genes,armA、 rmtA 、rmtB、rmtC、rmtD、npmA;amsinoglycosides modulating genes,aac(3)-Ⅰ,aac(3)-Ⅱ,aac(6’)-Ⅰb,aac(6’)-Ⅱ,ant(3")-Ⅰ,ant(2")-Ⅰ.Results Among the 84 strains of Kpn,we found 4 strains(4.8%)with 16S rRNA methylase gene rmtB,8 strains(9.5%)with aminoglycosides modulating gene aac(3)-Ⅱ and 10 strains(11.9%)with aac(6’)-Ⅰb and 8strains(9.5%)with ant(3")-Ⅰ.Conclusion We discovered the 16S rRNA methylase gene rmtB and aminoglycosides modulating genes aac(3)-Ⅱ,aac(6’)-Ⅰ b and ant(3")-Ⅰin the 84 strains of Kpn which were isolated continuously in clinic.We must pay attention to these strains in clinc.
