2型糖尿病患者脂联素、瘦素及其比值与血脂、胰岛素抵抗的相关性

Correlation bet ween adiponectin,leptin,adiponectin-leptin ratio and blood lipid,insulin resistance in patients with type 2 diabetes

目的探讨2型糖尿病患者脂联素、瘦素及其比值与血脂、胰岛素抵抗的相关性。方法检测250例2型糖尿病人群血清脂联素(ADP)、瘦素(LPN)、HDL、TG及体重指数(BMI)等指标,并同时按不同空腹血糖水平分为三组,分析不同组间脂联素、瘦素及其比值(A/L-R)和血脂及胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-R)之间的相关性。结果在不同空腹血糖水平的分组中,血清ADP、LPN及A/L-R与BMI、HDL、TG及HOMA-R之间存在不同的相关关系。结论相对于脂联素、瘦素单独而言,A/L-R与胰岛素抵抗及血脂等存在更好的相关性。

Objective To explore the correlation between adiponectin,leptin,adiponectin-leptin ratio(A/L R)and blood lipid,insulin resistance in patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods 250 T2DM subjects were recruited and adiponectin,leptin,HDL,TG in serum and BMI etc were measured.At the same time,analyze the correlation between adiponectin,leptin,A/L R,HOMA-R and BMI,HDL,TG.They were devided into three groups according to their fasting glucose level.Results In the different fasting glucous groups,between serum adiponectin,leptin,adiponectin-leptin R and BMI,HDL,TG,insulin resistance existed the different correlation.Conclusion The results suggested that the A/L R was more effective correlation to insulin resistance and blood lipid than the adiponectin,leptin or HOMA-R alone.
