血液中视黄醇结合蛋白与尿素氮、肌酐及胱抑素C相关性探讨 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨血液中视黄醇结合蛋白(RBP)的检测与尿素氮、肌酐及胱抑素C(cystatin)的相关性及其在肾功能损伤中诊断价值。方法检测154例有肾功能损伤患者及198例正常健康人血液中RBP、BUN、Cr及Cys C,用统计学软件分析患者与正常人中RBP与BUN、Cr、Cys C水平的差异及相关性。结果患者和健康人血液中RBP、BUN、Cr、Cys C水平均有显著性差异(P【0.001);血液中RBP水平与BUN、Cr、Cys C水平均有相关性,有统计学意义。结论血液中RBP的变化与BUN、Cr和Cys C有明显的相关性,是值得广泛推荐的监测肾功能损伤的良好指标之一。
