耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌对万古霉素、替考拉宁、利奈唑胺的MIC值的5年监测 被引量:11

摘要 目的了解我院5年分离的耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)对万古霉素、替考拉宁和利奈唑胺的MIC值变迁。方法用Etest法检测临床分离的MRSA对万古霉素、替考拉宁和利奈唑胺的MIC值。结果MRSA检出率从2003年的52.2%上升到2007年的74.5%,万古霉素的MIC几何均数从1.85μg/ml上升到2.15μg/ml,替考拉宁的MIC几何均数从1.28μg/ml上升到2.07μg/ml,利奈唑胺的MIC值变化不大。结论2003年~2007年,MRSA检出率逐年上升,MRSA对万古霉素、替考拉宁的MIC值有升高的趋势,且以替考拉宁的升高更为明显。 Objective To review and analyze the evolution of the MICs of vancomycin,teicoplanin and linezolid in methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA) strains isolated in our hospital from 2003 to 2007.Methods The MICs of vancomycin,teicoplanin and linezolid were tested by E-test method on a sample of randomly selected MRSA strains.Results The incidences of MRSA increased from 52.2% in 2003 to 74.5% in 2007,vancomycin MIC geometric mean increased from 1.85 μg/ml in 2003 to 2.15 μg/ml in 2007,and teicoplanin MIC geometric mean increased even markedly more from 1.28 μg/ml in 2003 to 2.07 μg/ml in 2007.The linezolid MIC remained almost unchanged.Conclusion The incidences of MRSA increased from 2003 to 2007,there was a upward trend in glycopeptide MIC geometric means over the years,and this increase was higher for teicoplanin than for vancomycin.
