摘要
目的了解临床分离的大肠埃希菌耐药性和复方新诺明(SMZco)耐药相关基因存在状况。方法测定临床连续分离的60株大肠埃希菌对19种抗菌药物的敏感性,采用聚合酶链反应(PCR)检测SMZco耐药相关基因(sul1、dfrA1、dfrA17)。结果60株中sul1、dfrA1、drfA17基因阳性分别为34株(56.7%)、1株(1.7%)和35株(58.3%)。结论我院临床分离的大肠埃希菌多重耐药严重。复方新诺明耐药相关基因携带率高。
Objective To investigate the drug resistance and drug resistance-related trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole genes in Excherichia coli isolated in Lishui,Zhejiang.Methods Microdilute;lute tests were performed to detect susceptibitity of 60 stains of Escherichisa coli to 19 kinds of antimicrobiodic agents and trimethoprim-sulfanethoxazote drug resistance-related genes were detected by PCR.Results The positive rates of sul1、dfrA1 and dfrA17 genes were 56.7%、1.7% and 58.3% in 60 clinical strains of Excherichia coli.Conclusion There are miltiple-drug resistance and high positive rate of trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazde drug resistance-related genes in Escherichia coli isolated from our hospital.
