胃癌患者外周血CD40、CD40L的表达研究

目的探讨胃癌患者外周血淋巴细胞表面CD40、CD40L(CD40/L,CD40L/L)与单核细胞表面CD40、CD40L(CD40/P,CD40L/P)表达水平及其与胃癌转移之间的相关性。方法采用流式细胞术检测47例胃癌患者和20例健康体检者外周血CD40/L,CD40L/L与CD40/P,CD40L/P表达水平,并对15例胃癌转移病人和32例胃癌无转移病人之间外周血CD40、CD40L进行比较。结果胃癌患者外周血CD40/L、CD40L/L与CD40/P、CD40L/P的表达显著高于正常对照者(P【0.05)。在胃癌患者中,转移与未转移者外周血CD40/L、CD40L/L与CD40/P、CD40L/P表达水平无统计学意义(P】0.05)。结论胃癌患者的血清CD40/L、CD40/P、CD40L/L、CD40L/P表达升高,有统计学意义。表达水平与胃癌转移之间未见有相关性。

Objective To explore the stomach cancer patients peripheral blood expression level of CD40,CD40L of lymphocyte and monocytes surface and the correlation with the gastric metastasis.Methods The expression level of CD40,CD40L of lymphocyte and monocytes surface with flow cytometry in 47 patients with gastric cancer,the same number healthy people,15 patients with gastric cancer metastasis and 32 patients without gastric cancer metastasis.Results Stomach cancer patients peripheral blood expression level of CD40,CD40L of lymphocyte and monocytes surface is significantly higher than the normal controls(P<0.05).In the stomach cancer patients,transfer and not transfer,the peripheral blood expression level of CD40,CD40L of lymphocyte and monocytes surface was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Gastric cancer patients peripheral blood expression level of CD40/L,CD40/P,CD40L/L,CD40L/P rises,no correlation between with stomach cancer metastasis.
