慢性粒单核细胞白血病诊断的近展

摘要 慢性粒单核细胞白血病(CMML)是一种骨髓造血干细胞的克隆性疾病,FAB曾将其归属于骨髓增生异常综合症(MDS),后考虑到其同时具有MDS和MPD的特征,又将其称为(MDS/MPD),变化之大,给形态工作者的诊断思路带来一定紊乱,现综合文献综述如下:1 CMML的临床特点及临床表现慢性粒单核细胞白血病(CMML)在WHO分类中,被归类到骨髓增生异常-骨髓增殖性肿瘤(MDMPd)[1],其表现既有骨髓病态造血的特征。
