无水洁手剂的研制

摘要 目的 :研制野外及在无水条件下的无碘和含碘洁手剂。方法 :以聚乙烯醇为主要原料 ,加入聚维酮碘 ,制成液态膏状物 ;以碘值作为质控指标 ,对大肠埃希氏菌进行粘附除菌实验 ,对家兔进行粘附清除HBV和皮肤刺激性实验。结果 :本品不仅能粘附清除细菌 ,同时由于碘的存在 ,具有一定消毒作用 ,但对HBV无杀灭作用 ;对皮肤无刺激作用。结论 :本品能有效清除手上的灰尘、细菌和病毒 ,可用于战时、训练、野外无水条件下或下水不便时洁净双手。 OBJECTIVE:To prepare anhydrous iodine-containing or iodine-free hand-cleaning agents for use at field or water-deficient area.METHODS:An adhesive paste was made with PVA as vehicle and PVP-I as disinfector.Iodine value was taken as parameter of quality control.The adhesive-eliminating test was carried out on Escherichia coli and HBV elimiˉnating and skin irritation tests were performed in rabbits.RESULTS:This preparation could eliminate bacteria by its adhesive action and had considerable disinfective action because of the ingredient iodine,however it could not eliminate HBV.No irritaˉtion to skin was found.CONCLUSION:The preparation can effectively remove the dust,bacteria and viruses from the hands and is suitable for cleaning hands in conditions of wartime,training and water-deficient area.
