吡柔比星膀胱灌注预防浅表性膀胱癌术后复发的临床观察

Preventive Effect of Intravesical Instillation of Pirarubicin on Postoperative Recurrence of Superficial bladder Cancer

目的 :探讨吡柔比星膀胱灌注在预防浅表性膀胱癌术后复发的作用。方法 :28例浅表性膀胱癌患者在TURBt或膀胱部分切除术后 ,应用吡柔比星(0 6g/L)膀胱内灌注 ,保留30min。每周1次 ,连用8周 ,而后每月1次 ,连用10个月。结果 :随访1～2年 ,2例复发 ,无肿瘤复发率92.6 % ,该方法副作用少。结论 :吡柔比星用于浅表性膀胱癌术后膀胱灌注预防复发效果好 ,副作用少 。

Objective:To assess the preventive effect of intravesical instillation of pirarubicin on postoperative recurrence of superficial bladder cancer.Methods:The intravesical instillation of pirarubicin(0.6g/L)was given to28patients with bladder cancer following TURBt or partial cystectomy,once a week for8weeks and subˉsequentally once a month for8months.Results:During the follow-up period of1～2years,the tumor-free recurrence rate was92.6%.This method was of less side effects.Conclusion:The intravesical instillation of pirarubicin is an effective method for the prevention of postoperative recurrence of superficial bladder cancer.
