纯位相片光学互连实验研究

Experimente of Optical Interconnection with Phase Masks

本文给出一维互连系统中纯位相片计算结果,介绍用反应离子刻蚀制备纯位相片的方法以及用此位相片进行一维互连的实验结果。实验结果与理论计算相符。

The calculation result in one dimensional interconnection system is proposed in this paper. The method of preparing phase masks with ion-etching is introduced. The above masks are applied to one dimensional interconnection experiment. The experimental results are consistent with the theory.
