本文介绍一种高精度、准实时而系统简单的光学测量方法,它是通过测量被物体表面扭曲的结构光强度分布的位相来实现对物体三维形貌的测量的。该方法利用电光调制器相移,采用CCD取样和计算机处理。文中附有对一石膏头像的测量结果,动态范围达到10cm,精度优于0.
An optical measuring method with high precision, high speed and simple configuration is introduced. The surface profile of a 3-D diffuse object is obtained by measuring the phase of the intensity distribution which is deformed by the surface. The phase-shifting technique is used with an electro-optic modulator, and a CCD is used to detect the distorted image and a micro-computer to process the datas. The experimental result of a mannequin head is presented, which shows a range up to lo cm anda resolution better than 0.06 mm
