扩张型心肌病患者双心室起搏治疗的护理

Nursing of dilated cardiomyopathic patients treated with biventricular pacing

双心室起搏可使左、右心室同步收缩,增加心输出量,改善心功能,纠正心衰。笔者通过对7例行双心室起搏治疗扩张型心肌病患者的护理,认为做好术前心理护理,术中密切配合,术后加强心电监护,密切观察起搏器的感知功能及起搏功能,对促进患者康复、杜绝术后并发症起到重要作用。7例患者双心室起搏治疗成功,心功能明显改善,生活可自理。

The biventricular pacing can make the left and right ventricles contracted simultaneously,increase cardiac output,improve heart function and correct heart failure.By summing up their experience in nursing dilated cardiomyopathic patients treated with biventricular pacing,the author believes that preoperative psychological nursing,cooperation at operation,postoperative fortified monitoring of ECG,close observation of perception and pacing functions of the pacemaker are all important in promoting rehabilitation and eliminating the complications after the operation.In their practice,7cases were successful in the treatment,with their heart functions improved.They could live by themselves.
