宫腔镜电切术治疗宫颈良性病变的临床研究

CLINICAL STUDY ON TREATMENT OF CERVICAL BENIGN LESION BY OPERATIVE HYSTEROSCOPY

目的 :探讨宫腔镜电切术治疗宫颈良性病变的疗效。方法 :应用电视宫腔镜电切宫颈管良性赘生物及宫颈炎性增生组织 ,切除组织送病检 ,治疗 75例 ,随访 68例 ,随访 1～ 1 2个月。结果 :平均手术时间 1 5min ,术中出血 5～ 2 0ml,6 .6 %脱痂出血超过月经量 ,经对症治疗止血。一次性治疗有效率达 1 0 0 % ,94%宫颈恢复正常 ,随访 1年无复发。结论 :治疗宫颈良性病变首选宫腔镜电切术 ,它具有创伤小 ,痛苦轻 ,恢复快 ,并发症少等优点 ,值得广泛推广。

Objective:To determine the value of operative hysteroscopy for the treatment of cervical benign lesion. Methods:Seventy-five cases were treated by hysteroscopy. All of the cases were examined for pathology . Sixty-eight cases were followed up for 1～12 months after operation.Results:The average operation time was 15 minutes. The bleeding quantity was 5～20ml during operation. 6.6% case exceeded quantity of menstruation. because of decrustation. Bleeding was stopped after compression. Primary healing rate of cervical benign lesion is 100% and 94% cervix become normal in 2 months after operation. No case recur after 1 year follow up. Conclusion:For treatment of cervical benign lesion, operative hysteroscopy was the chief choice. It has advantages of little damage to tissue, rapid recovery, little complication and discomfort .
