中后路椎间盘镜+靴形刮刀治疗中央型腰椎间盘突出症

Microendoscopic Discectomy through Medial + Boot Shape Scrape Approach in the Treatment of Central Type Lumbar Herniation

目的 :介绍中后路椎间盘镜 (MED) +靴形刮刀治疗中央型腰椎间盘突出症的手术技巧。方法 :采用MED +靴形刮刀治疗中央型腰椎间盘突出症 2 2例。结果 :随访 2～ 8个月 ,按Nakal标准 ,优良率达 95 %。结论 :MED +靴形刮刀治疗中央型腰椎间盘突出症具有安全 ,损伤小。
