摘要
目的:中药在抗肿瘤方面的研究是当前热点,为此,对其作用机制的研究进展进行综述。方法:根据近十年的相关研究,综述中药抗肿瘤作用的主要机制。结果:中药在抗肿瘤方面确有疗效,其作用机制复杂,有待进一步研究。结论:中药抗肿瘤作用机制的深入研究对抗肿瘤药物的开发及临床运用具有重要意义。
Objective: To summarize advances in study on anti-tumor mechanism of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Methods:The main,mechanism of anti - tumor effects of Traditional Chinese Medicine are summed up in the field, based on relevant investigations and literatures of the recent ten years. Results:The anti-tumor effects of Traditional Chinese Medicine are much confirmed, but its mechanism is very complicated. Conclusion: Further researches of the mechanism are sure to provide a bright future for the development and clinical utilizations of new anti-tumor drugs.
