温心胶囊对实验性动物粥样硬化血脂及脂质过氧化物的影响

Effect of Wenxin Capsule on Blood Lipid and Oxidative Free Radical Metabolism of Experimental Atherosclerosis Atherosis

目的:评价温心胶囊对血脂及脂质过氧化物的影响作用。方法:将实验动物随机分为5组,高脂饮食饲养家兔12周,用试剂盒测定各项指标。结果:治疗组的甘油三酯、胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白与模型组相比显著降低(P<0.01),高密度脂蛋白有上升趋势。12周时治疗组的丙二醛明显低于高脂模型组(P<0.01),治疗组与高脂模型组相比超氧化物歧化酶降低被抑制(P<0.01);高剂量治疗组与低剂量治疗组SOD活性表现基本一致。结论:温心胶囊能显著的调脂、降脂,减轻脂质过氧化损伤而起到抗动脉粥样硬化的作用,并能增强机体抗氧化能力,保护内皮细胞,阻止动脉粥样硬化的形成和发展。

Objective: To evaluate the effect of Wenxin Capsule on the blood lipid, oxidative free radical metabolism. Method: Randomly divided animals to five groups, raised with high fat diet 12 weeksanl. measured index with reagent kit. Results: TG, TC, LD - C of treatment group lowered obviously contrast with model group( P <0. 01) . HDL - C have a tendency to ascend. At 12week MDA of treatment group is lower obviously than model group( P <0.01), the lower of SOD was inhibifed. Conclusion: Wenxin capsule can reduce and regulate blood lipid, have anti ?lipid peroxidation , protect endothelial cell effectively, and inhibit aorta, coronary plaque formation, delay atherosclerosis process.
