摘要
本文以深圳新中桥工业园工程项目为例介绍了基于建设单位的建筑工程施工管理,具体从建筑工程施工管理的意义、内容和达到的效果几个方面来描述。并通过分析本项目施工管理过程中存在的问题,根据施工管理的发展方向提出相应措施,进而保证建筑工程施工的顺利进行。
In this article, the author takes Shenzhen new Zho-ngqiao industrial park project as an example to introduce the construction management of unit building engineering, specif-ical y describe several aspects of the significance of building construction management, content and achieve results, and an-alysis the project construction problems in the management process, bases on the development direction of the construction management to put forward related measures in order to ensur-e the construction projects smoothly.
