公路项目的计量支付工作贯穿着整个公路工程建设过程,是把约定合格工程量转化为资金再投入到下一阶段生产的过程,是投资成本及工程质量的控制手段,也是推动工程有序开展的有力保证。计量支付工作关系着业主及承包方的核心利益,在工程建设中起着举足轻重的作用。本文根据笔者的一些工作实践经验就工程建设中的计量支付工作意义,和如何做好计量支付工作进行简单论述。

The measurement of highway project payment wo-rk throughout the highway engineering construction process, it is the agreed amount into the qualified project capital to put into the next stage of production, the means to control the inv-estment cost and the quality of the project, and also to promote the orderly development of engineering guarantee. The measu-rement and payment work is the core interests of the owner and the contractor, plays a decisive role in the engineering con-struction. In this paper, according to some practical work expe-rience the author on the measurement in engineering construc-tion payment work significance, and how to do the measurem-ent and payment work are discussed.
