Comprehensive Test Before the Housing Repair at No.2374 Hongqiao Road

虹桥路2374号房屋约建于1930年,为西班牙风格花园洋房,上海市第四批优秀历史建筑。根据优秀历史建筑检测评估要求,在修缮前对房屋进行了包括建筑结构测绘、材料力学性能检测、完损状况检测、变形测量等内容的现场检测。本文根据现场检测并结合验算结果综合评定该建筑的结构安全性和整体抗震性能,并提出相应的加固修缮建议,为房屋修缮保护提供科学依据。

The house at No.2374 Hongqiao Road built about 1930, is a Spanish style garden villa, the fourth batch of outstanding historical buildings in Shanghai. According to the requirements of outstanding historical buildings assessment detection, before the housing repair it does many on-site inspections includeing structural mapping, material mechanical performance test, the field detection of damage detection, deformation measurement and so on. Based on the site test and combined with the comprehensive evaluation results of structure safety and seismic performance of the building, this paper puts forward corresponding suggestions for reinforcement and restoration, and provides scientific basis for the protection of housing repairs.
