我国房地产市场的现状分析及问题对策研究

The Research on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of China's Real Estate Market

随着我国经济的快速增长,我国房地产市场持续高速发展。房地产正成为推动我国经济快速发展的重要推动力量,并且在未来几年里,房地产将仍然起到不可替代的重要作用。由于中国的房地产市场起步比较晚、发展较快,所以存在很多问题,国家也颁布了很多政策来调控房产市场。本文首先阐述了我国房地产市场的现状,进而分析了房产市场存在的问题,在此基础上提出几点对策建议,希望对规范我国房产市场有理论指导意义。

With China's rapid economic growth, China's real estate market has been sustained and rapid developed. The rea-l estate is becoming an important driving force to promote Chi-na's rapid economic development, and in the next few years, real estate wil stil play an irreplaceable role. Because of Chi-na's real estate market started relatively late, rapid developm-ent, there exist many problems, and the state has promulgated many policies to control the real estate market. This paper first describes the current situation of China's real estate market, and then analyzes the real estate market problems, on this basis, puts forward some countermeasures, hoping to have theoretical guiding significance to standardize our real estate market.
