城市建筑综合体文化艺术功能的价值研究

RESEARCH ON THE VALUE OF THE CULTURAL AND ART FUNCTION OF THE URBAN BUILDING COMPLEX

本文基于协同效应视角,通过对文化艺术功能的不同空间组合模式分析,探讨文化艺术功能对城市建筑综合体整体的经济、空间和城市价值提升的积极作用,并通过对德国波茨坦广场项目中两个不同区块(戴姆勒-克莱斯勒区块和索尼中心区块)实际使用过程中文化艺术功能所起作用的分析比较,讨论文化艺术功能在不同组合模式下价值创造的基本特征。

Based on the perspective of the synergistic effect,, this paper discusses the positive effects of the cultural and art function to the financial, spatial and urban value improvement of the urban building complex as a whole through analyzing its different spatial combination patterns. And according to the comparative study on the actual usage of the cultural and art function in Daimler Chrysler block and Sony Center block within Potsdamer Platz, Berlin, this paper also discusses the main value creation characteristics of cultural and art functions in different combination patterns.
