摘要
当下大量的乡村建设由于缺乏针对性的理论与实践指导,设计往往脱离了地方特色的智慧与灵气,无视策略及手法的地域性与适宜性。本文回顾安吉县景坞村营造实践,设计团队基于有机更新的策略,采用"在地设计"的原则与方法,直面现实制约,借力使力,整合当下资源,进而再创造性地设计,同时在项目设计中巧妙融入低碳理念,强调技术的适宜性与集成应用,突出绿色导向下的被动式技术运用,进行集功能、空间、技术等为一体的更新改造。
Nowadays due to the lack of the theory and practice of design, a large number of rural construction often been done without wisdom and local characteristics. But the practical case in Anji was based on local design, facing the reality of constraints, borrowing force to make force in the renovation. At the same time we incorporate the low carbon concept into this design, and emphasize the passive technology and integrated application, realizing the renovation integrating function, space, and technology, etc.
