THE OPTIMIZATION AND RENEWAL OF THE PEDESTRIAN STREET IN THE MIDDLE AND SMALL CITIES IN COLD REGION

文章从城市设计和建筑节能两方面入手,基于对气候环境和区位演变的分析,通过区域整合、改造界面、营造景观、优化交通等系列手段,旨在恢复街区的集聚效应、激活商业潜能、重塑中心活力。项目全程贯穿了商业、旅游、文化三条主线,正视了地方城市发展的瓶颈,回应了经济、技术、观念的重重制约,指出渐进的更新与重塑是中小城市地方性与现实性的选择。

This article starting from the evolution of the city and regional strucure, through the design of the city, the modification of the facade to create a landscape and optimize the traffic. The design tries to restore the old street accumulation effect, activates the business district potential to reshape the vitality of the central area. The design takes business, tourism and culture as the main line to guide the planning, design and technological innovation. The design played an exemplary role of the city's comprehensive rejuvenation from point to area. This article makes positive exploration of urban design and building energy saving in the small and medium-sized towns in cold region.
