随着社会发展和技术进步,火车站地区逐渐成为重要的城市发展地块,欧洲国家和地区在火车站地区更新改造方面已积累了不少成功经验,值得我们学习借鉴。纵观瑞士伯尔尼火车站地区长达一百多年的更新演变,最显著的特征正是一种以适应时代挑战和需求为根本目标,通过不断调适和进化的渐进式动态持续的城市策略。
With urban development and technological progress, the railway station area has become an important urban development site. European countries has accumulated a lot of successful experience about this which is worth learning. Throughout more than 100 years of evolution of the regeneration of Bahnhof Bern, the most significant feature is an adaptive and progressive urban strategy that it has made continuous effort on the adaptation and evolution in order to meet the needs of the times.
