哈尔滨历史空间形成与特征解析(1898～1945年)

THE DEVELOPMENT AND FEATURE ANALYSIS OF HARBIN'S HISTORIC SPACE FROM 1898 TO 1945

城市的历史空间承载着城市的历史记忆,是不同历史阶段规划思想和城市建设的体现,亦是不同历史阶段城市社会、经济和人文要素的综合体现。1898年,哈尔滨因中东铁路的修建而迅速崛起,因其不同寻常的发展过程、独具特色的空间形态、多样的建筑风格以及特殊的社会人文背景使其成为一个多元文化交汇的独特城市。本文从哈尔滨城市历史发展阶段入手,梳理在不同历史时期背景下的空间形成及演变过程,阐述不同规划思想对于空间特征的影响,并对哈尔滨现存历史空间资源进行梳理及解析,进一步挖掘城市历史空间的特征与文化内涵,以期在历史文化名城保护的过程中,为历史空间的特征辨识与保护提供研究依据。

It is well known that the urban historic space witnessed its development history and memories; in the meantime, it also records the urban planning theories and urban construction processes of different historic stages as well as comprehensively reflects social, economic and humanity elements. Tracing back to 1898, Harbin, who was established and developed rapidly owing to the construction of Chinese Eastern Railway, has become a unique multi-culture metropolis by going through several specific developing processes, resulting in developing and shaping the distinguished spatial form, multi-styled architectures and special social culture. The discussion of this paper begins with the historical development stages of Harbin to sum up the development process of the historic space under different history backgrounds, state the fact how the different urban planning theories influencing the spatial features and analyzing the existing retained historical spatial resources. Furthermore, the author also investigates and discusses the features and culture connotation of Harbin's historic space thoroughly, expecting to provide enough research basis for identifying and protecting the historic space as well as its outstanding characteristics during the conservation process of historic cultural cities.
