This paper defines the conception of 'green intelligent building' in the social dimension, describes four core characterizations and interactive design strategies of the green intelligent building, studies the influence of new technologies such as cloud computing, Internet of things and artificial intelligence on social form, and space requirements for the future green intelligent buildings, proposes flexible and interactive design strategies with building elements as a terminal of the intelligent system, thinks about the trend of the future green intelligent building.
