再生长--改扩建设计中建筑秩序的延续与重构

REGROWTH:THE CONTINUATION AND RECONSTRUCTION OF ARCHITECTURAL ORDER IN THE RECONSTRUCTION AND EXPANSION OF BUILDING DESIGN

改扩建是建筑再生长的一种生命状态,面对不可预知的现实环境,建筑的再生长方式往往与原有建筑的秩序有着或多或少的矛盾,这是现实建筑改扩建设计中面临的主要挑战。本文以三个改扩建项目的实践案例,诠释了面对现实的种种因素,建筑的再生长是如何突破限制,在尊重原有建筑基本空间逻辑的前提下,使建筑秩序得以延续与重构的。

Reconstruction and expansion is a kind of life state of building regrowth, in face of the unpredictable real environment, the regrowth mode of building often has more or less contradictions with the original architectural order. This is the main challenge in the real building reconstruction and expansion design. Based on the three reconstruction and expansion project practice cases, this paper explains how the regrowth of building breaks through the limitation in face of various factors in reality, and makes the architectural order continue and reconstruct on the premise of respecting the basic spatial logic of the original architecture.
