以护理工作流程为基础的护理单元设计方法初探——以西机医院为例

PRELIMINARY EXPLORATION ON DESIGNS OF NURSING UNITS BASED ON NURSING WORKFLOWS: A CASE OF XIJI HOSPITAL

护理模式及分级护理是护理工作的基础,决定了护理工作的流程,不同的医院根据自身的情况制定适合的护理工作流程,体现出流程的共性和个性。在设计护理单元时,以护理工作的流程为基础才能设计出更为适合医院实际的护理单元。本文以西机医院护理单元的设计为例,分析以护理工作流程为基础的护理单元的设计方法,为护理单元的设计提供参考。

The nursing modes and grading nursing are both the basis of nursing, which determine its workflows. Different hospitals formulate proper workflows according to their own conditions, which reflects the commonness and individuality of the processes. When designing the nursing units, only the designs based on the nursing workflows could create more suitable nursing units which are practical. Taking the designs of nursing units in Xiji Hospital as an example, this paper analyzes the ways to design nursing units based on nursing workflows, in order to provide references for the designs of nursing units.
