摘要
本文总结了现阶段人工智能技术在建筑设计、建筑施工、建筑运维等各生命周期中的研究及应用情况,展望了人工智能技术在建筑行业及城市规划、房地产业、景观设计等相关领域中的未来应用方向,分析了人工智能技术应用对于建筑行业的影响,包括所带来的建筑行业的优化、建筑生命周期的变革以及对从业人员的影响。作者认为,人工智能将在建筑业引起的巨大变革已经初见端倪,但是也面临着技术发展的重重障碍,并引发了新问题,其发展任重而道远。
This paper reviews the current researches and applications of artificial intelligence technologies in various life cycles in terms of architectural designs, construction, and operation-maintenance. Then it looks forward to the future applications of artificial intelligence technologies in construction industry, urban planning, real estate, landscape designs and other related fields. The paper analyzes the impacts artificial intelligence technologies on construction industry, including the optimization of construction industry, changes of building lifecycles, and influences on practitioners. The author is convinced that the tremendous reform caused by artificial intelligence in construction industry has appeared, but with many obstacles and new concerns arising from such technology advancement, making the development a long way to go.
