摘要
依据《中东铁路建筑群(黑龙江段)总体保护规划》项目的实地调研统计数据,以哈尔滨市域为空间范畴,分析因中东铁路修建、发展而衍生的建筑群落在历经百年的类型分化过程后,在现阶段演变出其特异性分布特征和利用情态的现象,并以"群体构成单元"为单位,就线性文化遗产(铁路建筑类)分化呈现的差异和共性做现象阐释,揭示原始设站等级、单元原使用功能、所处空间环境及现利用功能之间的影响规律,为哈尔滨市域中东铁路建筑群制定精准的保护规划措施提供实证研究。
Based on the statistics generated by field investigations regarding projects specified in the General Protection Planning of Middle East Railway Complex(Sections in Heilongjiang Province), the paper takes the jurisdictions of Harbin as the spatial category to analyze the distinctive distribution and utilization of complex evaluated in current phases after experiencing type differentiation for a century. Such complex evaluates from the construction and development of Middle East Railway. And viewing the composition unit of community as units, the paper illustrates the discrepancy and generality presented by the division of linear cultural heritage(category of railway buildings). The paper reveals the levels of original stations set, original functions of units, and rules fit for impacts between spatial environment and current functions, which provides the empirical studies for protective planning and measures precisely set for Middle East Railway complex within jurisdictions of Harbin.
