摘要
本文基于循证设计理论,运用定点观察、行为地图、跟踪观察和访谈的方法,对合肥市两家三级甲等医院的四个护理单元进行调查,对比分析了护士活动行为与其所在护理单元的空间结构之间的关系,为医疗建筑设计师和医院管理者提供了护理单元详细的空间使用情况和运行模式,最终以"护士"的视角为出发点,提出护理单元空间设计要点的建议。
Based on the evidence-based design theory, this paper investigates 4 nursing units of 2 hospitals with AAA rating in Hefei by means of fixed-point observation, behavioral mapping, follow-up observation and interviews. It compares and analyzes the relationships between nurses’ activities/behaviors and spatial structure of nursing units where they work. The study provides detailed utilization and operating modes of nursing units for designers specializing in medical and treatment architectures, together with the administrators of hospitals. Finally, the paper proposes suggestions on points of spatial designs for nursing units from the view of nurses.
