Architectural designs sometimes need non-architectural fields for proper diagrams. Such generation of architectures promoted by diagrams of other fields is just like that the architecture designs 'bring' certain relationships from other fields. The paper researches the generative nature of diagrams by the analysis of the ones in non-architectural fields, and explores the methods of such diagram designs. The diagram design process is generally divided into three parts: selection of diagrams, application of diagrams, and operation of diagrams. And the paper elaborates the details: what is to be selected, how to apply, and how to operate.
