开源数据环境下城市街道绿色基础设施感知供需分异识别与提升策略研究——以济南市西部新城社区生活圈为例 被引量:4

摘要 为实现城市绿色共享发展诉求,多地相继提出"15分钟社区生活圈"概念,强调15min步行范围内公共服务设施的均衡性及完备性。社区生活圈作为组织城乡居民社区活动的基本单元,是城市居民日常活动的主要发生空间,其街道步行环境质量应受关注。目前,各地社区生活圈导则中对街道步行网络规划设计要求集中在道路间距、人行道宽度等方面。通过问卷调查发现,街道绿色基础设施感知程度与城市居民步行意愿相关性较高的因素在已有的相关研究中尚未受到重视。本研究在提升社区生活圈步行环境质量目标下,以济南市西部新城社区生活圈为例,识别了街道绿色基础设施感知供给程度、城市居民对街道绿色基础设施感知需求程度及其供需的空间分异,并基于供给—需求匹配提出了空间优化策略。 In order to achieve green and shared development demands of the city, many cities have put forward the concept of '15-minute community life circle' to emphasize the balance and completeness of public service facilities within a 15-minute walk. The community life circle, as the basic unit of organizing community activities for urban and rural residents, is the main space for urban residents’ daily activities. Thus the quality of street walking circumstance should be concerned. At present, the planning and design requirements of the street pedestrain network in the guidelines for community life circle around the country mainly concentrate on road spacing, sidewalk width. Through the questionnaire survey, factors of higher correlation between the perceived degree of street green infrastructure and the willingness of urban residents to walk, have not been valued in related research. With the aim to enhance the quality of the walking environment, this study, taking Jinan Western New District as an example, identifies the supply and demand degree of green infrastructure perception to identify its supply and demand differentiation space, and proposes the spatial optimization strategy based on supply-demand matching.
