大连市典型老旧住区夏季热舒适性调研分析 被引量:1

ANALYSIS ON THERMAL COMFORT IN SUMMER OF TYPICAL OLD RESIDENTIAL AREA IN DALIAN

摘要 我国老旧居住建筑存量巨大且建造年代较早,基础设施落后、生活环境恶化、室内外热舒适性达不到标准,因而提高老旧住区居住品质势在必行。本文通过对大连市老旧住区夏季室外及室内热舒适性进行调研实测,分析影响人们居住的室内外热舒适区间及其变化规律,探索影响室内外热舒适性的原因,并提出外墙、外窗等外围护结构改造策略以提高夏季室内热舒适性,为今后我国老旧居住建筑热舒适性提升改造设计提供借鉴。 The old residential buildings in our country has a huge stock and built in a relatively early age, with backward infrastructure, deteriorating living environment, indoor and outdoor thermal comfort falling short of standards. Therefore, it is imperative to improve the living quality of old residential areas. In this paper, the outdoor and indoor thermal environment comfort in summer of the old residential areas in Dalian was investigated and measured, the comfort zone and variation rule of indoor and outdoor thermal environment influencing people’s living were analyzed, explore the reasons affecting It thermal comfort. In addition, the reconstruction strategies for external walls, windows and other external enclosure structures were proposed to improve indoor thermal comfort in summer, providing references for the improvement and renovation design of thermal comfort of old residential buildings in China in the future.
