摘要
在政策转变与人口趋势的双重影响下,促进"代际融合"已成为社区公共服务设施建设的重要目标之一。通过实证调查发现,国内既有设施中"代际融合"功能亟待加强。作为以"代际融合"为主要目标的公共服务设施,德国"多代屋"具有借鉴价值。本文通过对德国"多代屋"政策的梳理及三个典型案例的分析,提出促进"代际融合"的公共服务设施需要重视开放性、公共空间和总体设计等三个设计重点。
Generation-integration has become one of important functions of Public Facilities,under the influence of both demographic and political changes. Empirical study on public facilities in Shanghai reveals the function is either missing or underdevelopment. Thus the German Mehrgenerationenhaus turned out to be the best model, since it has made generation integration as one of the major functions from its origin. After study on its policy changes and three pilot projects, the paper concluded three design essentials for public facilities to initiate generation-integration, such as openness, public space and site planning.
