摘要
本文以天津市15个典型既有住区为研究对象,调查记录各住区居民满意度,从安全性、健康性、舒适性和可持续性四个层面对住区外部空间质量影响因素进行选取、整合,通过SPSS相关性分析、回归分析、因子分析揭示其内在关联性,深入探究影响住区外部空间质量的主要因素,为住区外部空间品质的改善提供理论依据。
Taking fifteen typical residential districts in Tianjin as the research object, it records the satisfaction of each residential area. And it selecs and integrats the factors related to spatial quality from the four levels of safety, health, comfort and sustainability. It reveals its intrinsic relevance and deeply explores the key factors that influence the external space quality of residential district by SPSS correlation analysis, regression analysis and factor analysis. It provides a theoretical basis for the improvement of the quality of the external space in residential district.
