基于安全韧性的原阳县黄河滩区空间格局再造——由农业滩区提质为休闲滩区

REENGINEERING THE SPATIAL PATTERN OF HUANGHE FLOODPLAIN OF YUANYANG COUNTY BASED ON SAFETY AND RESILIENCE:FROM AGRICULTURAL FLOODPLAIN TO RECREATIONAL FLOODPLAIN

黄河作为母亲河,其发展建设历来是社会关注的焦点。经过多次河道变迁和长期洪水冲击所形成的黄河滩区,虽然是母亲的馈赠,但也存在着发展掣肘。文章以原阳滩区为例,以滩区安全和生态发展为前提,以构建滩区安全韧性体系为基石,以"大农业+大旅游"的融合发展方式重塑滩区产业空间,再造滩区"点—轴—带"结构性发展空间,为滩区的创新发展提供思路和方法。

As the mother river,the development and construction of the Huanghe river has always been the focus of social attention.After many river changes and long-term flood impact formed the Huanghe floodplain is not only a mother’s gift,but also there are constraints.Taking the original YuanYang floodplain as an example,taking the safety and ecological development of the floodplain as the premise,and building the safety and resilience system of the floodplain as the cornerstone,the article takes the integration of large agriculture and large tourism to develop the industrial space in the re-plastic large and rebuild the 'point-axle-belt' structural development space in the floodplain.To provide ideas and methods for the innovative development of the floodplain.
