基于“空间生产”视角的少数民族乡村建设策略研究——以剑河华润希望小镇为例

STRATEGIES FOR ETHNIC MINORITY COUNTRYSIDE CONSTRUCTION BASED ON "PRODUCTION OF SPACE" PERSPECTIVE: TAKE JIANHE CHINA RESOURCES HOPE TOWN AS EXAMPLE

政府自上而下的乡村建设是近年来促进乡村发展的主要力量,而中央企业由于其多元化经营的资源优势,成了活跃的乡村建设实践中另一股较有成效的力量。然而,少数民族地区的文化极度敏感脆弱,企业强势的资本注入和高效开发可能会打破原有的平衡。本文结合实地问卷调研与入户访谈,从"空间生产"的视角分析了乡村发展的现状,在肯定企业资本推动乡村建设的同时,从"空间实践—空间表征—表征的空间"三位一体的辩证角度提出少数民族村落空间转型中可能面临的问题,并从地方政府、村民、建筑师等各方面探析企业资本介入下的少数民族乡村建设策略。

The government’s top-down countryside construction is the main force to promote rural development in recent years. Because of its resource advantages of diversified operations, central enterprises have become another effective force in the practices of active countryside construction. However, the cultures in ethnic minority areas are extremely sensitive and fragile, which makes the strong capital injection and high-effective development from governments and enterprises may break the original balance. This paper analyzes the current situation of rural development from the perspective of 'Production of Space', based on the questionnaire surveys and home interviews. While the necessity of enterprise capitals to promote countryside construction is affirmed, the concerns spatial transformation of ethnic minority villages may face are analyzed from a dialectical perspective of the trinity of 'Spatial Practice-Spatial Representations-Representational Space'. Finally, the strategies for countryside construction under the enterprise capital intervention from aspects of local governments, villages and architects are put forward.
