基于城市有机更新下的棚户区改造设计——以天津市红桥区西于庄改造为例

REFORM DESIGNS OF SHANTY TOWNS BASED ON URBAN ORGANIC RENEWAL: A CASE OF XIYUZHUANG IN HONGQIAO DISTRICT,TIANJIN

棚户区改造是城市更新的重要构成部分,城市更新不应为建造千城一面、高楼林立的都市繁荣景象,不应为单纯提高居住水平而简单推倒重建房屋。本文针对棚户区内的人文关怀、城市记忆、历史文化的保护与应用方面,从城市设计的角度,以天津市红桥区西于庄棚户区改造为例展开对城市棚户区的改造探究,并试图提出针对性的设计策略。

The reform of shanty towns is an important part of urban renewal which shall not be all the same for various cities, nor prosperous metropolis all with high-rise buildings. Also, it shall not be the simple destruction and rebuilding of houses purely for improving the living standards. Targeting the protection and application of humanistic care, urban memories and historical cultures in shanty towns, and from the perspective of urban designs, this paper takes the reform of shanty towns of Xiyuzhuang in Hongqiao district, Tianjin as the example to explore the reform of shanty towns in urban areas, trying to put forward design strategies with targeted purpose.
