城市感知与设计——基于英国城市风貌的规划思考

CITY PERCEPTION AND DESIGN: PLANNING AND THINKING BASED ON CITYSCAPE IN BRITAIN

城市在自我生长和发展中离不开居民与执政者的设计与规划,城市空间、风貌特色的形成也与人们的审美习惯、视觉体验息息相关。本文以城市设计解决的问题为出发点,分析了英国的若干城市在城市风貌规划中创造积极有活力的城市空间的要素,思考了行人在城市街道上对建筑立面的动态体验方式,研究了营造良好城市风貌的美学秩序,从而阐述了如何将城市风貌的自上而下的设计性转化为自下而上的感知性。

The city’s self-growth and development cannot be separated from the designs and planning of residents and rulers. Also, the formation of city spaces and cityscape features is closely related to people’s aesthetic habits and visual experiences. This paper takes the issues to be settled in city designs as starting points to analyze the elements of creating active and dynamic city spaces in cityscape planning of some cities in Britain. It also thinks about the dynamic experiences of pedestrians on streets towards building facades. Finally, the paper researches the aesthetic orders of building a good cityscape, in order to elaborate how to transform the top-down designs of cityscape into a bottom-up perception.
