BRIEF ANALYSIS ON COST MANAGEMENT AND CONTROL MEASURE OF CONSTRUCTIONAL ENGINEERING

每个建筑工程都有自身的特点,涉及建设各方的内容,施工企业想要实现经济效益最大化,必须做好工程造价的全方位管理和体系化控制。工程造价贯穿于项目投标报价、施工、竣工结算全过程,做好造价管理与控制关乎施工企业经济效益。对此,本文就施工企业建筑工程造价管理与控制策略进行简要分析。

Each constructional engineering has its own characteristics, involving all parties in the construction. If the construction enterprises expect to maximize their economic benefits, it is required to achieve a good job in the overall management and systematic control of engineering costs which run through the whole processes including bidding and quotation, construction, completion and settlement. The sound cost management and control are related closely to the economic benefits of construction enterprises. In this regard, this paper makes a brief analysis on the cost management and control strategies for constructional engineering implemented by construction enterprises.
