Research on the Design Strategy of Contemporary Commercial Complex Facade——A Case of Xi'an

随着社会经济的发展,商业综合体已经成为现代城市不可或缺的组成部分。优秀的立面设计不仅可以提高使用感受,而且也能丰富城市景观。文章通过分析影响建筑立面设计的三个基本因素,结合西安地区商业综合体的设计实例,总结归纳了基于环境、功能和技术的三种立面设计策略。

With the development of social economy, commercial complexes have become an indispensable part of modern cities. The excellent facade design not only enhances the using experience, but also enriches the urban landscape. By analyzing the three basic factors affecting the design of the building facade, combined with the design examples of the commercial complex in Xi’an, the three facade design strategies based on environment, function and technology are summarized.
